Can I use my mobile device to attend the webinar?

Please do not use a mobile device. Our system does not support the Webinato mobile device application. If you use a mobile device, you will not receive credit for attending a class.

 

When will I receive login instructions?

You will receive login information in your comfirmation email as well as 30 & 7 days prior, as well as the morning prior before. Please be sure to read webinar instructions in their entirety. The instructions contain relevant links and the password. We recommend you save the emails so they are easily accessible at the start of the webinar.

What are the system requirements?

As of December 31, 2020 Flash is no longer supported for any browser. Because Flash is no longer supported you will need to download the Webinato App to access our webinars. Please click HERE to download the app.

When will I receive my training certificate?

Certificates will be provided to those who register and attend a minimum of 80%. We can only provide certificates to those who register and login using a computer. We cannot provide certificates to those who gather in a classroom setting in front of one computer or screen. Certificates are provided only to those who preregister and login using their email address they registered with.

You will receive your certificate within 2-3 weeks. If you do not receive your certificate in 3 weeks call Dee Bryant at 919-707-7876.

The North Carolina Department of Labor does not maintain training records for the public. Please print and save the certificate for your personal files. This is the only record of your training.

Does this training meet my company training requirements?

This information may supplement your site specific training, but is not a substitute for your organization's specific safety and health program or training materials.

Can I access a copy of the PowerPoint?

Yes, most of our PowerPoint presentations are available for you to download.

How much does NCDOL charge for training?

All of our webinars are free of charge.

What if I am unable to attend?

If you are not able to attend, please notify Dee Bryant at 919-707-7876 or [email protected]. Please include the name of the course, the course date, and your name in the cancellation e-mail. Repeated "no shows", without appropriate cancellation notice, may result in denial of course attendance in the future.

How do I know what time zone

Because we are North Carolina, all our webinars are Eastern Standard time.

What do I do if I do not receive confirmation or reminder emails?

Once you register for one of our classes, please be sure you check your clutter/junk/spam boxes for confirmation and reminder emails.
