Walking Working Surfaces
(General Industry)

This course provides an overview of walking-working surfaces, 29 CFR 1910, Subpart D. Topics to be discussed include regulatory changes, hazards, general requirements, guardrail systems, ladders, stairways, and other walking working surfaces. At the end of this course, students should have a basic understanding of regulatory requirements related to walking and working surfaces, and engineering methods to minimize and prevent fall hazards.
